On the site of a former yard and public convenience (!) H20 is proposing a scheme of 5 new contemporary townhouses.
Designed by Canvas Architects, the scheme will enhance the Conservation Area in which it sits with its use of London Stock brick and slate as well as zinc cladding to give a modern feel to a traditional design.
The scheme will bring back to life this long neglected site, which sits at the top of the River Brent Wall.
A planning application was submitted in January 2012.
