The site is currently a single storey industrial building and two storey former residential property.

BPR Architects have designed a four storey scheme which will provide 9 flats and 2,000 sq ft of commercial space.

The scheme is an opportunity to complete an infill development. The architecture for our scheme acknowledges its highly contemporary neighbouring property, but also sits easily in the adjoining Victorian Parade.

Scheme Wins

The flats will have generous balconies and terraces which allow great views over the Grand Union Canal.
The architecture is modern but uses materials in a way that enhances the differing mix of styles in the existing parade around it.
As part of H2O, BW have been able to ensure that the building has two fronts, so that the architecture to the canal is as strong as to the road frontage.
