The scheme will rejuvenate a derelict site, including the refurbishment of a listed building thereby enhancing the Conservation Area.

The scheme is being designed with community in mind, and includes new public spaces, a mooring facility for a Charity trip boat, potentially a nursery and additional community-run facilities.

Status

H2O is currently carrying out extensive public consultation ahead of submitting a planning application for this site in the summer of 2011.
