On the site of a former concrete batching plant and waterways depot, H2O is planning to develop 12 new stunning dwellings and a sympathetic conversion of a historic building.

Stride Treglown have designed a very contemporary design, but using traditional materials, that will create a stunning scheme that compliments the retained historically important workshop building.

Status

H20 has obtained a Resolution To Grant Planning Permission for 13 stunning dwellings including the refurbishment and conversion of the existing historic carpenter's workshop.
