GOVERNANCE

H2O Urban LLP is governed by its Board of Directors, who are responsible for the strategy, effective control and management of the business.

The Board is made up of representatives of its members, each having one corporate vote. The Board currently is:

Chairman: Stuart Mills (BW)
Chief Executive Officer: Nicola Tindale (bloc)

There is a formal schedule of matters specifically reserved for Board approval, which includes approval of the annual and management accounts, the approval of schemes at all key stages,  scheme and corporate spend, acquisitions, disposals and financing arrangements.

The Chief Executive and the regional executive teams are responsible for the day to day management of the schemes and meeting business plan targets.
